I disagree with Matt Walsh on most subjects - but this is a really good documentary punching the genderwoo where it hurts. Laugh out loud as well in a couple of places. Have a watch. It doesn’t disappoint.

Simple. Train your male staff and keep men out of women’s spaces! I hope your female staff are in a union.
