Is it a fish or a duck mask? Only recently, thanks to James Dreyfus (the actor of Gimme Gimme fame) mentioning it in an online interview, was I aware that a well-known term for women in misogynist circles is FISH. He was pointing up a persistent streak of woman-hating in a section of the gay community by referring to an organising leaflet from the stonewall riot days instructing activists that there were to be - NO FISH - at the meeting. Fish refers to the smell of a woman’s vagina. Maybe it is a fish mask then!

So you’re telling me this never happens. A former employee at the V&A said that during the redecoration of the Ladies’ toilets a hidden camera was found. Turned out it was the property of a man working in their offices. Wonder how long the camera was there scooping up footage of women with their underwear down. Wonder how far and wide that footage was shared. Internationally? Between his circle of toilet peeping tom fetishists? Was it monetised and will his stolen footage be circulating round the porn world forever? Immortality for those of us caught on camera? One of the arguments from the trans lobby is that such behaviour is rare. My answer to this:- One is one too many and as the hidden camera incident shows, one observer can be millions. When will people click?
